• Commission and its base. A percentage, and whether it's from what fans paid (gross) or what you're paid (net).
• Short term. Leave after six months at most, on 60 days' notice, with no penalty.
• Your content stays yours. Any licence ends with the contract. No "perpetual" or "irrevocable" rights.
• No AI copies of your face, body or voice without separate written consent each time.
• No gagging clause that stops you talking to a lawyer or to us.
